The Information Operations Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (IO-ISR) forum is being dissolved in the 2012 elections. The human element will be assumed by the HSCB-CMSS Forum, and the technical element -sensors, communications, will be assumed by the C2/M&S Services Forum. The IO-ISR forum sought papers dealing with all aspects of Information Operations (IO), including computer network attack and defense, modeling of IO in exercise and training, and threats to the Internet and other communications infrastructures. IO-ISR seeks papers addressing Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) issues including representation of the different intelligence disciplines (e.g., SIGINT, IMINT, HUMINT, etc.) and the associated Tasking, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (TPED) systems and processes associated with the delivery of intelligence products to the warfighter. In addition, we are interested in activities related to modeling IO-ISR, including Effects-Based Operations, Network Centric Warfare, Predictive Battlespace Awareness and crisis response.
