They can interface with almost any type of external system, simulation, or simulator. FLAMES includes the source code for a wide variety of example models that can be modified to meet specific needs and allows the simulation community to share custom models with or without releasing source code.
Ternion also offers FLAMES training and custom simulation development services to help customers get the most out of their investment. FLAMES is currently utilized by every branch of the United States armed forces as well as a number of corporations including Raytheon, Smiths Aerospace, Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, and Computer Sciences Corporation.
